Cancellation Policy

All appointment changes must be made 24 hours before scheduled appointment or it will be considered a non-refundable cancellation. One reschedule is allowed. If reschedule is missed, the appointment is considered a non-refundable cancellation. For packages, clients are allowed one reschedule per package. If the client has to change more than one scheduled session in a package, session will be considered a non-refundable reschedule for each scheduled session changed after the one allowed.
