About the event
I am learn Hatha Style yoga with a foundation in Ashtanga, Gentle and Vinyasa style yoga. I integrate some of my own experience with Reiki and meditation into our practice for a full self-care experience in a lunch and learn format. Classes are free while I am in training, so make sure to sign up today.
