Gentle Flow seeks to achieve mental, emotional and physical relaxation. Gentle uses poses (Asana) such as light twists, seated forward folds, table and some gentler standing poses that are considered to be non-strenuous and more restorative.

Learn how Reiki works as a relaxation technique and evolutionary practice. In this two hour session, we will talk about Reiki, how it works and where is comes from. We will allow time for questions and conversation, and then learn some basic Reiki techniques for an individual practice.
